Fernando was great to work with! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home! Positive Professionalism

My experience with Fernando was really wonderful. He is very attentive to what I am searching for. Fernando went out of his way to make sure that our needs were met and the home we were looking for was a right fit. He gave us tours of the homes, was very knowledgeable about the properties, and answered any questions we had. He is truly an expert in his field and such a great agent to have. He helped us find our dream home and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

We had a pleasure of working with Fernando 7 years ago when buying our first home. We kept in touch all this time so when it came to selling our home, there was no question who we would use. Fernando was great throughout the whole process and made selling go smoothly! We would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell! Excellent agent!

My fiance and I were looking for a new home this past summer and we had hired another realtor who we worked with for several months. But we could not find anything suitable. We only had a month at this point before we had to move from our old residence. Then I met Fernando. He assured us he would locate the perfect home for us in that timeframe. Needless to say, I was skeptical. But, boy was I wrong to doubt him. Over the next few weeks Fernando worked diligently to locate our new home. And after viewing several houses, we finally found exactly what we were looking for. We are very grateful for Fernando?s efforts and highly recommend him. His aggressive and professional style will not leave you disappointed.

Fernando did an excellent job selling my parents estate. He went above and beyond with all aspects of the process. You got a bulb burnt out, he?s got bulbs. You need a smoke detector, he?s got smoke detectors. You got an outlet cover cracked, he?s got outlet covers. Fernando also has a list of contractors. He referred me to an excellent plumber and a scrap removal company. He always returns call when I had questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Godoy to anyone listing or buying a home. He is highly knowledgeable and professional.
