Homer Real Estate - Real Broker

Cindi is awesome. She helped us so much as first-time homebuyers. She spent hours walking us through the process. Never a moment we felt confused or unsure about the next steps. She is involved in everything, even helping us find a lender and home inspector.

Cindi Homer became our agent as soon as we decided to move here from out of state.knowing we had limited time to view homes in person , she went above and beyond to be sure we saw everything available in our limited time frame. We relied on her expertise of not only the home itself but the area, the customs, the inspections,to the closing. The transition went so smoothly and beyond out expectations!! Highly recommend Cindi Homer for all your real estate needs!

Cindi is an amazing realtor! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her! As a single mom facing selling a home for the first time, I was pretty nervous. But Cindi went above and beyond and supported me every step of the way. She was so helpful in connecting me to other professionals who could do small repairs, provide expertise about staging, and help with moving. Cindis skills and connections in staging, photos/video, and marketing were so impressive! The advanced work she did to make connections with people who might be interested in my home really set the stage for success. My home sold very quickly and she supported me through it all. Negotiations are stressful, but Cindi was great, helping me to understand what to expect and what my options were. I recommend her to all my friends and am always happy to spread the word. Cindi is a gem, and I feel so lucky to have her as my realtor!

Cindi was a phenomenal agent! We had the pleasure of meeting her a few years ago when she showed us one home. Then she sent us as few property/ land listings for a few months, but we weren't ready to really buy until just a couple months ago. We reached out, toured one more house and immediately put in an offer! She was extremely communicative, fast paced and definitely knows the process! Thanks Cindi for helping us close the deal on our dream home!

I coukdnt have asked for better representation. Cindi is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She was always available when I needed to speak to her and her expertise made one of the most stressful times in my life a complete breeze. I will refer Cindi to all my friends relocating to East Idaho and if I should ever move again Cindi will definitely be my point of contact. Thank you so much Cindi you did an amazing job and I cant thank you enough!! :)
