Working with Tammy has been the best experience regarding selling our home. She worked tirelessly in every aspect of the sale. From marketing, networking to even doing an additional open house upon our request. She was always available to answer all of our questions and give us her professional advice when needed. We originally listed the home in July of 2024 to Feb2025 with a different local realtor only to realize that they were more interested in selling new homes than ours. From the first time we spoke to Tammy, we knew this was the right decision and should have contacted her back in July. We listed with her in Feb and closed on our home in April. As they say you learn from your mistakes. Having Tammy as our realtor was the best decision we made.

Esmeralda was an amazing realtor. I would recommend her to anyone! She stuck through me through the entire process of me andy wife trying to sell out property in Marseilles, Illinois. Many times we had people interested and it would fall through for various reasons. Esmeralda didn't let me get discouraged. She kept us positive at all times reassuring us that the eventually the right buyer would show up and we would make a sale. Esmeralda always communicated great with me. I am sure sometimes I was over bearing with questions but she never made it seem like I was bugging her. Always responded and was positive about all my questions.

Bridget was so relaxed in how she spoke with me about each step of the home buying process. It felt like having a big sister take me by the hand and show me the ropes so that everything was very clear. (even though I'm older than her!) She is genuine and frank about each home, and her no b.s talking helped me understand how to make the best decision for myself.
