Home Smith Realty

Hillary and Tarsis are absolutely incredible at what they do. In a really tough market, I was feeling defeated when my house wasnt getting traction with a previous realtor, but they stepped in with fresh ideas, persistence, and genuine care to help get my home rented out. Since this is my first and only property, I had very little experience with the renting/selling process, but Hillary guided me through every step and always made sure I knew what to expect. Shes patient, communicative, transparent, and truly someone you want in your corner. Even while being honest about the challenges of the market, she never treated them as a reason to give up. Now my house is rented and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, all thanks to Hillary and Tarsis. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent out a property.

Hillary was fantastic to work with. We felt extremely supported along the journey of buying our first home. From the house search, to negotiations, to the mortgage process, to closing, we were given the information and help that we needed along the way. We couldn't recommend Hillary enough!

Hillary did a tremendous job working with us in selling our Pflugerville home as well as the purchase of our new home. She was very thorough in researching the comps in the area and provided us great input. She also assisted us with the staging of our home while it was on the market. Hillary also helped us as we met with the team at the design center on selecting items for our new home. Though this is our forever home - should anything change I will be reaching our to Hillary again.

Hillary did an outstanding job selling my home and to purchase a new one. She and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience hassle free.

It has been a privilege to partner with Hillary Smith on two separate occasions: first during our initial Austin home purchase in 2017, and most recently in February 2026 for our second. In every interaction, Hillary has been nothing short of exceptional. Hillarys deep-rooted expertise in the Austin market, combined with her extensive network of top-tier professionals, ensures a seamless home-buying journey. While real estate transactions are often fraught with complexity, Hillarys professional poise and longstanding community relationships allowed us to effortlessly navigate lender requirements, title coordination, and challenging seller negotiations. Throughout the process, we felt we had a dedicated partner who supported us at every milestone. We wholeheartedly recommend Hillary to anyone looking to purchase property in the Austin area.
