Theresa was an absolute dream to work with! She was always there to answer every question and little concern we had along the journey of purchasing our first home. She stayed on top of everything and made sure the process went as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend Theresa for anybody out there looking to purchase a home, she is simply the best and we couldn't be more thankful for her work and dedication to our journey!

Knows what she is doing, keeps you in the know, very communicative, makes the process so smooth and not stressful and always positive ?? my fiancA(C)e and I were looking for over 6 months and kept getting let down because the sellers would take other offers, but Theresa would stay positive with a smile on her face! Love her!!!
