Home & Ranch Sotheby's International Realty

Ive rarely had such a fantastic experience conducting business than I did working with Francesco. He showed us multiple homes that matched our requirements, selecting the best locations and opportunities. He successfully negotiated our offer that same day, and obtained an acceptance within hours (which ended up being the first property he showed us). His diligence continued throughout the entire process. Due to his in-depth knowledge of the area he provided valuable recommendations that saved us money, helped get everything scheduled, and made himself available at all times. On top of all that he was very friendly and easy going. I highly recommend Francesco.

Weve had experience working with Francesco from the positions of both buyer and seller. He was there for us every step of the way - answering questions, making suggestions and providing impartial guidance to help us make the most informed and educated decisions possible. He also works with fantastic support team. We cant recommend him more for your real estate needs.

This was my eighth home purchase in three different states, and Francesco was by far the best agent I?ve worked with. We chose to work with him because he was more interested in finding us the RIGHT house than merely making a sale. He was able to answer our questions, and what he didn?t know he found out. If youre looking for an honest agent who will work for your interests, then I most strongly recommend Francesco.

Francesco is helping me relocate to San Luis Obispo area. His knowledge of the real estate market in this area was very impressive! He was always available for questions and continually went above and beyond. I definitely highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

Francesco was great to work with. He went out of his way to help us find a house and secure it. He was very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor.
