I highly recommend Raejean Belsaguy with Home Huntress Real Estate! She made selling my home so much easier than I expected. She was always there to answer my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and truly cared about getting me the best result. The best surprise was that she sold my home for more than the asking price! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients, Raejean is the one to call. Thank you, Raejean, for making this such a great experience!

Raejean is an expert Real Estate Agent, in the Murrieta, Temecula, & Winchester area. She sold my house of 17 years prior to the epidemic & obtained full asking price. I have worked with several agents in the past & she far surpassed all my expectations. Super knowledgeable & so helpful to this new widow who really needed her help. Thanks Raejean!

Raejean is one of the best real estate brokers in the Temecula Valley and surrounding Inland Empire area. Her responsive, knowledgeable, and collaborative personality is ideal for home sellers in Murrieta like us or for first-time home buyers. She guided us through the process of clearing out the house and arranging necessary repairs, to coordinating all the parties involved and having the initiative to get our house under contract in only three days after listing! Her impressive negotiation skills and 26+ years of experience, while she's lived in Murrieta almost as long, earned our trust that she would price our home fairly to generate an outcome which pleased us as well as the new home owners. I clearly saw evidence of her accurate pricing strategy as other comparable houses either drastically cut their asking price or went back on the market after we had already closed escrow. Do your own research when selecting a realtor, and it'll point you toward Raejean and Home Huntress Real Estate, serving Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Sun City, Hemet, Perris, and San Jacinto.
