This is our second time having the pleasure of working with Emma and we are just truly so grateful for her! She helped us buy our very first home back in 2023, and then helped us sell it and purchase our new home this year (2026). She was a great agent to have on our side during negotiations when we found "the one" and got us to a price we felt happy with. She goes above and beyond as an agent - offering to help in ways that are far beyond her duties and providing thoughtful gifts and surprises throughout the process to keep us excited on the hard days. We would highly recommend Stephanie Gurden. She is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful support staff that work with her. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We received a weekly update letting us know what the next steps were and what was upcoming. She is very easy to talk to and very patient in guiding us through the process of selling our home. She made what could have been a very stressful process into an enjoyable experience.
