Home and Ranch Sothebys International Real estate

Ian helped our Rossi family sell our parents home. He was ready with ideas to help us sell from the beginning. He knew and explained the current real estate market. He gave us a straight forward assessment of the home and the individuals that would be interested in the home. He gave us ideas to help set up the house for marketing. He was always easy to contact. He gave us advice about the actual sale itself, options and when to clinch the deal. We thank him.

Ian did an excellent job on every aspect of the process of selling my home. He explained the setting of the right price to get my home sale moving and we within a day or so had an offer in writing above the asking price just as Ian had predicted. With my previous realtor the asking price was set too far above market and therefore we never got even one written offer. My previous realtor was friendly and professional however Ian definitely knew the market in the area to an exceptional degree. I have already recommended him to several friends of mine, each of which are currently having excellent results. There is no realtor I could recommend more highly than Ian Chandler.

Ian Chandler is an exceptional realtor who handles complex trust sales with professionalism and integrity. He represented the sale of a home in Atascadero and a multi-family property in San Luis Obispo, both held in a trust, while I was out of state. Ian has an outstanding network of responsive subcontractors who assisted with estate sales, repairs, and clean-up, making a complicated process seamless. He responded around the clock to resolve issues and maintained constant, clear communication throughout. A great realtor with an amazing network. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed working with Ian! He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly hardworking. We were moving from out of state and searching in a small market so we could be close to family. Inventory was very limited, and the types of homes we wanted were going under contract almost immediately. Ian was always on top of new listings and sent them to us right away. He made himself available quickly to schedule showings so we wouldnt miss any opportunities. When we finally found the home we loved, Ian scheduled a viewing the very first day it hit the market. There was a lot of interest, but he strategically helped us submit a strong offer that the seller accepted right away aEUR" and it worked! He also coordinated inspections and made sure everything stayed on track for a smooth closing. Were so grateful for his dedication and expertise. If we ever buy or sell again, Ian will absolutely be our first call!

Ian Chandler has been our family realtor for 3 homes in the last two years and has gone above and beyond all expectations. I would highly recommend Ian at Sothebys as he is a delight to work with and very efficient. We will definitely use him again in our future real estate Ventures. Ian was a huge help with my mothers estate and our home at the same time as we relocated to Colorado. He sincerely brings the word sincere to real estate. We were very grateful to have him on our team.
