Home Advantage Realty, 2615 Devine Street Columbia, SC 29205

Best possible service that anyone could ask for. Always kept up on communication. Went above and beyond to make sure the house got sold. Never let me get ahead of myself. Kept the whole process under control. Knew her job from the inside to out. Was a real professional about every aspect of the sale of the house.

Selinda did an outstanding job assisting us in the search of our new home. Her knowledge, professionalism and commitment to our needs went above and beyond. Thank you Selinda for finding the property which checked all of our boxes and more.

Selinda is an exceptional realtor!! Not only is she kind and passionate, she has a keen eye for style in regards to properties and aligns them very well with what we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step along the way as we are first time homebuyers and had no clue what we were doing. She responds very quickly and was even available on weekends. We would highly recommend her to anyone we know!

Selinda walked us, first time home buyers through the process of buy our home. She patiently answered questions sometimes answering the same question multiple times because we would forget. She helped us pass possible roadblocks anticipating the process based on her years of experience. She went to bat for us even over the most small details. I appreciated that the people who she suggested for inspections, termites, and closings were very approachable and knowledgeable also. Selinda was a gift to have by our side. We were aEURoeassignedaEUR? her by our mortgage broker, but she quickly became a dear friend. I look forward to working with her in the future if/when we decide to move.
