Brandon was absolutely incredible to work with. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon to purchase a new home in Bastrop. We were referred to Brandon by our realtor in Bullard that was representing us in the sale of our home there. From first contact to closing every aspect of our interaction with Brandon was first class. He is an excellent communicator, pays attention to the small details and is a skilled negotiator. We were on a tight deadline due to my wife beginning a new job and there were several moving pieces to deal with as we were also selling our home in east Texas and needed to line up the timing of that sale and our new purchase. In addition the sellers agent for the home we were purchasing was not the easiest to deal with. This is where Brandon really shined. While my wife and I were stressed out about the process due to the sellers agent's behavior Brandon remained steady and calm and helped us navigate each step to ensure we were able to close on schedule. Brandon genuinely cares about the people he works with and puts in the time to look at properties when you are unable to, shows up to every walkthrough prepared and has an excellent understanding of the market in the Austin area. If you are in need of a realtor to represent you Brandon has my highest recommendation.
