Clint was very responsive, very supportive and very knowledgeable about the market in North Myrtle Beach. We had an opportunity to move forward quickly on a condo purchase, but we were not able to make the trip to North Myrtle Beach, so Clint did a video walk-through with us, which was extremely helpful. Clint is fantastic to work with, and he has significant insight into real estate at the Beach. Plus, hes a great guy! Hes helped us on multiple occasions. Market knowledge is essential in this up and down economic environment. Clint gave excellent advice with pricing as well as guidance on the different HOAs and communities in the area.
