I am not even sure where to start or if I will even find the words to describe the phenomenal experience I had with Jill selling my home. I had some personal issues which caused me to unexpectedly consider selling my home. I wasn't sure what the market was like or if selling around the holidays would be a good idea. I contacted Jill to get information on my home's worth and her expertise on timing. She came over and spent quite a bit of time with me discussing my concerns and providing her expert advice. She was very positive and a great listener. I could feel she had real concern for my feelings and stress level about all that was going on. She offered great advice on getting my home ready for listing and provided me with time to do that. She told me it would sell fast and she wasn't kidding ! She was more than patient with me and my need to take my escape artists cats out of the home for showings. She was always extremely responsive to my texts and calls. She is also great at communicating the feedback from the showings and keeps in constant contact checking in and providing any information she has. She definitely is always looking out for the best for her clients and really takes care of every aspect of the sale. It was nice to only deal with her through the whole process instead of being passed off to assistants or the broker. Jill provides awesome customer service. You cannot go wrong having her represent you at all. You will not regret hiring her! Thanks again for everything Jill ! I will be in touch once I am ready to buy !

I can not begin to explain what a blessing Jill was to me and my wife. She guided us to the perfect house and made us feel like priority. We were very lucky to have found Jill. We started off with another real estate agent and they weren't very involved with us. She took control and found us the perfect house and we felt like Jill truly had our best interest at heart. She kept us up to date and in the Loop about everything there was that was going on, Down to the last detail. Being that this was our first house and not knowing what to expect or where to begin Jill totally made us feel at ease and that we had nothing to worry about. we were nervous that we weren't going to find someone we could trust. We found that in Jill plus some. I will never use another real estate agent nor will i ever let a family/friends use any other real estate agent. Jill definitely made us feel like family and that's what she became with us. FAMILY.
