High Country Resort Properties

I cannot give David enough credit for helping us in the process of selling our home and buying our new home! He was thorough, responsive, and informative, and went far and beyond to help us. It was our first time selling and buying, and he was very patient in answering our hundreds of questions. In our opinion you won't find another realtor any better than David!

David did a wonderful job as our agent. He was professional, knowledgeable, amiable, patient, and much more throughout the entire process. Even better than this, he truly seemed to have our best interest in mind. We are first time homebuyers and David made this process so much easier. I can without question recommend David to anyone going through the home buying process.

David started working with us in 2022. We had a dream of purchasing a property in the Linville Land Harbor, not realizing how challenging that could be. David listened to what we wanted, and worked patiently using his extensive knowledge of the area to help us find something that would fit our needs and budget. David is an excellent negotiator who gave us the advice we needed to make a fair deal in a sellers market. He provided great resources at each stage from financing to inspection to closing. Most of all, we appreciated Davids honesty in all his dealings. When the time comes to sell our home in Boone, we will use David again as we have faith in his ability to represent us and our property with integrity.

Had a fantastic experience with having David as our agent. All phone calls, and text messages were answered promptly.. Area Knowledge was superb and he went above and beyond to accommodate showings that were over an hour away. After the process went on for a few months, we finally found our dream home and we thank David for being a part of that!! Get David on your side and you wont be disappointed.

David was amazing, we called him on a Sunday and he met with us 20 minutes later. Made the whole process super easy! He was there every step of the way and always ready to answer any questions we had, no matter how silly! So glad he was our agent, Thanks David!!
