Eva helped us on the buying side of a 1031 exchange and then helped us buy a new primary two and a half months later. She did an amazing job with both. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was great with negotiations and finding the right amount to ask for post inspection. We walked away feeling like we really got the best deal we possibly could have in both cases. I would highly recommend Eva for your next buying agent.

Adrienne is the best. I was a first time seller struggling to decide whether I wanted to list. I interviewed several agents and Adrienne was the only one who kept up with me for 3 months until I was ready. She wanted my business and was confident we could get it done and we did. Shes timely, responsive, and was a great partner. She cares about her clients and has the numbers to prove her skills in this industry. Thank you Adrienne!

Joe took great care of me through the whole process! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. He came to me with a ton of properties and we found the perfect place. If I ever buy another property, I will go with Joe every time.

Adrienne was simply amazing! Extremely communicative, focused and knowledgeable. Steller marketing fetched a full price offer. Will definitely use again.

Jen was amazing! It was our first time buying a house and she made the process fun and manageable. She was a wealth of knowledge and spent time ensuring we understood each step of the process. We couldnt thank Jen enough! If youre looking for someone kind, communicative, extremely knowledgeable and always looking out for your best interest work with Jen!
