Josh is the best. Starting life over at 50 and buying a house for the first time by myself, I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me. He is such a good guy and made me feel like he was not just doing a job, he really wanted me to find a house I love. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for a home!

Iron Wing Homes was a tremendous surprise we were never expecting. Originally, we were just going to see if buying a home in this market was right for us in 2026. As first time homebuyers, we werent sure what to expect. We toured one house and met Josh. Immediately, he was knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. Though the first house wasnt for us, Josh showed us our second home and we fell in love. The buyers werent ready to accept our offer, but Josh saw the same vision and excitement we had. After a month of perseverance, Josh and Iron Wing Homes made miracles happen. He got us under contract for our dream home. Three months to the day we have lived in this home and couldnt be more grateful for how we got here. Thank you Josh and Oricel for educating, supporting, and honoring our home buying experience. Joshua was an amazing agent! He gave me honest feedback and valuable advice about the homebuying process. He was consistent with communication and my wife and I are overjoyed with the house we worked with him to purchase.

We listed our home with Richard, and he did a great job with marketing. We went under contract after just one day and the whole transaction was very easy. Very recommended.
