Heritage Homes Real Estate

As a young 21 year old first time home buyer, Julie made the process so much easier. She was always there to answer questions when I needed her and guided me along the way. She made it very easy for me to enjoy the home buying process instead of being stressed.

Julie is amazing. She wasn't pushy at all and she was very accommodating. We viewed houses during the winter months and she didnt mind showing us whatever houses we wanted to see no matter how many times we wanted to see it. She took the stress out of the homebuying process and made our experience enjoyable.

We love working with Julie! She has been our realtor through selling two homes, and we have been so pleased with both experiences! From taking professional photos and giving great staging advice, to respecting our families unique schedule during showings, to negotiating the sale of both homes, she has been top-notch! I would recommend Julie to any friend or family member wanting to buy or sell in the Madisonville area.

Julie was so helpful in the home buying process! As first time home buyers, she made the process smooth, and explained everything we were doing. She is also very kind, I will always recommend Julie!

Julie was great! Any questions I had she answered, even after I purchased my home. She listened to everything I wanted or didnt want. She didnt try to just sell me anything, and I appreciated that.
