I have used Connie to buy my home and also to sell the same home in two years (as I had to relocate to a different state), in either of these situations Connie was Consistently enthusiastic and always energetic, She always has the client first attitude, at the same time she always used to watch out for us. When she listed our house and had an open house we had an amazing number of showings (unheard in winters of Columbus Ohio) , and I realize why, her preparation work was amazing, we had huge number of entrances to our community and all entrances had direction across all streets leading to our house, added to that her online and physical mail advertising helped us a lot. During and after the selling she was very organized. She could always be counted on to make good decisions when faced with dilemma, this was evident when we got an offer from the buyers and we rejected it, the buyers came back with the offer we wanted. It was amazing working with Connie. We wish she could move to our new place to find me a new home :)
