Savannah is a great person and does a fantastic job with everything she on top of things and always willing to help and answer questions and will make sure she finds you a home that works for your situation and will be there to help start to finish just a great person to work with

Savannah was great to work with! She had the perfect balance of being responsive and available when we had questions, while also being patient and understanding throughout the process. We never felt pressured to make decisions before we were ready, and we truly appreciated her support and insights.

We worked with Savannah in spring of 2026 purchasing our new home. We could not have possibly asked for a better agent! When we started looking, we were not quite sure we were ready for a move or of our criteria but Savannah showed us a variety of properties that helped us narrow down our search. Once we committed to the process and sold our existing home, Savannah felt the same sense of urgency as us and used her connections to find Off Market listings to show us in addition to MLS listings. She listened to our feedback and made sure to note which boxes properties checked before showing them to us. She responded to calls and texts nearly 24/7 and dealt with some bizarre and stressful situations with absolute grace and professionalism. She was a great negotiator and pushed offers out day and night! We found our perfect forever home all thanks to Savannah!

Savannahs nickname should be 24/7. Always there for you! Communication was great! She is always on top of things and her responsiveness is just outstanding. After the first visit, she knew exactly what I was about and what I was looking for, she is just a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, nicest person to be working with. Her efforts are for you, the client, you have her 100% best effort, she was outstanding. When and if I am looking again, she will be my only call!

Savannah is the best! She helped me and my husband buy our first house in pillager and we couldn't be happier with how the process went. From getting us a good price, moving through all the paperwork, and closing we couldn't have asked for a more professional and efficient realtor! Not only that, she was very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. She truly cares about her clients and has a great understanding of the market. All we needed to do was sit back and tell her what we wanted, she did a great job translating language in a way we could understand and it really felt like she had our desires at the top of her priority list. She worked late for weeks on end to move our closing date up by almost two weeks to suite our moving schedule. I couldn't recommend Savannah enough if you are looking into the realty market in the Brainerd Lakes Area.
