Michelle is the best!! She provided great advice on what we needed to do to ensure that the buyer would not have a problem getting a loan based on the house. She recommended a lawyer and roofer which we were more than happy with. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others. Michelle was great to work with and very responsive and offered great advice.
