As a fellow Swede, Marie provided a phenomenal service to my family and I in navigating the US expectations, differences and similarities on property developments and good practice and what to look (out) for. Marie had great patience listening to our questions and comments and zeroed in on what we were really looking for and provided a wealth of knowledge on the houses and nearby areas that would be a good fit for our family. As an expat that has done corporate relocation and worked with relocation agents before (and moved 10 times over the past 10 years), I can't recommend Marie enough. She's above and beyond any prior experience I've had.
