I got Matt's reference from one of my friend when we started looking for the property. My friend had lot of good things to say about him but we were still not sure how it will work out. We being first time buyer weren't very clear about lots of things for buying the house. He helped us understand lots of nuances about the whole process. He helped in every step of the process for looking for the property, negotiation, mortgage, inspection and lots of other things.He is gem of a person to work with. He had tons of expertise about the towns we were looking to buy the house and gave a very unbiased perspective. He has great negotiation skills and always available for any query even at odd hour.
