Heather Elrod was a great agent to work with. Not only was she knowledgeable of the changing market in the Sioux Falls area, but she had the the skills to apply this knowledge throughout negotiation to get me the best deal and feedback too. She was quick to respond to every message I had and quick to setup showings. She knew the process like that back of her hand, and made my life simple going through each stage of the buying process. I would highly recommend Heather to be your next agent.
