Hearth & Key Realty

Maggie is by far the most professional, kind, understanding, encouraging broker on this planet. My husband and I had been trying to find a home for almost a year. We put bid after bid and came up with nothing with 2 other brokers. We switched to Maggie and worked with her and were blessed with our house in under 5 months. We did not have a super high budget and pickings were slim in this market to say the least. She noticed a home on Zillow that was perfect. She worked so hard for us and we finally found our forever home exactly where we were hoping for. Maggie is a tenacious go getter who does the very best for the people of Maine. She loves this state and loves the community she works for and it shows. She prides herself on doing the very best for every person involved in the process. Maggie takes everything into consideration when searching for your dream house. She jumps every hurdle, plows through every obstacle with class and a joyful spirit. She was made to do this work. With much Love, thanks and admiration, The Schindler Family, Taylor, Jessica, Eleanor, John, Luke and Owen

"Delightful from beginning to end! Maggie is positive, attentive, perceptive, and displays a great deal of wisdom, beyond her years. She was very prompt to respond to all our questions and inquiries. Anything that she could not immediately answer, she quickly found. She kept in daily correspondence with us and always went the extra mile to satisfy our requests. Maggie is sweet, sincere, and very professional. We look forward to doing all of our future real estate business with her, and we wish her every success."

Maggie did an outstanding job helping my wife and I sell our home of fifteen years. She worked tirelessly, helping us negotiate with potential buyers and ended up finding the perfect family to buy our home! Thank you so much Maggie! Tony & Hannah

Maggie is the most dedicated and hard working realtor. She did an amazing job showing us houses and helping us find the most perfect home for our family. She is patient, positive and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in every way! We recommend Maggie if youre looking to buy or sell on this area!

Maggie was knowledgeable, professional, personable, courteous and compassionate. She had to navigate a difficult sale due to the fact that the property was unique since it had two houses on one piece of property that could not be divided and was not eligible for standard financing. She also managed to keep us calm when we were getting stressed. She kept us informed every step of the way and did all she could to make it happen for us.
