I can't say enough good things about Jessica Macey and Mackenzie Wolff & their Heart of Chicago Homes team. Absolute life savers (and sanity savers). I was an out of state investor, with 3 investment properties in the Chicago area that I really wanted to get rid of. I had problematic tenants in them, and a local property manager who literally went MIA and stopped responding.... I was in quite a predicament to say the least. I was lucky enough to get connected with Jess & Mackenzie, and they entered into a difficult situation and handled everything with professionalism and perseverance, and saw it all through to the end with all 3 properties. They stepped in as defacto property managers, handled client relations with the problematic tenants, and most importantly sourced offers & successful closings on all 3 properties. Being out of state and having all these tenant & property manager problems, I did feel a little helpless when we started this process, but Jess & Mackenzie made me feel like they had my back, and they got me a great result at the end of the day. Now that this process is finally done, I have such a weight lifted off my shoulders. I shudder to think how everything could've worked out if I had gone with an "average" Realtor instead of them.
