We had such a pleasant experience with Grace as our realtor! She was warm and kind, and so knowledgeable about the area. She walked us through the overwhelming process of buying your first property with clarity and expertise. She is consistent, punctual, and so easy to get a hold of and talk with. We are so grateful for her patience and calm competence. We recommend her to anyone looking for a home in this area!

Juli is a phenomenal realtor! As a first-time home seller, I was so grateful for her guidance, constant support, and flawless execution throughout the entire sale. She is hard-working, managing to close our deal seamlessly while also balancing her community campaign. A true class act and a brilliant professionalaEUR"I cannot recommend her enough!

Rachel Britt has been outstanding in helping us sell our home and move into another. Her professionalism was evident from the very first we met her to the day we signed papers and took possession of our new home. She skillfully guided us through every step of the long, daunting process so different from 26 years ago when we last sold and purchased a home. Her calm and confident demeanor reassured us every step of the way that we were in good hands. We heartily recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home in Tuolumne County.

Deborah was the first agent to repond when I completed a Zillow search for a home my daughter and I were looking to purchase in Sonora. From the very beginning, Deborah was quick to respond and thoroughly answered my questions. She worked with other agents to set up tours of multiple homes in a single day to save me from driving to Sonora to just tour one home. She set up appointments with contractors and even helped get us second opinions on work that needed to be completed on the home. When the seller did not follow through with leaving bar stools as we had negotiated, Deborah went above and beyond and gave us beautiful barstools on her own. Deborah is kind, friendly, and knowledgable. She truly cares about her clients and I would highly recommend her to help you either purchase or sell your home!

Juli provided great guidance on preparing my home to show. Great job In the offer and closing phases. Juli has a strong knowledge of the local market in Sonora. Her experience was invaluable for setting the correct asking price and marketing our home.
