Amazing. She is amazing really takes on the house hunting with you definitely makes you feel like youre not in it alone. 100% has your best interest in mind even if it cost her making a sale. She knows the area knows the market and knows how to negotiate. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a house. And if ever I'm in need of either without a doubt she will be the person I reach out to make it happen. Overall a very good experience in my opinion she is what an agent should be.

Mikki worked with my wife and I for nearly four years to find the right home for us. Her patience, knowledge, and expertise is unmatched. We cant thank her enough.

JT was very professional. Always let me know when an how we needed to proceed. Done a wonderful job. Got full price an closed in 14 days!! House was on market for 1day an had 4 offers .

JT Ramey was fantastic to work with throughout the home-buying process. He helped me purchase a home in the Del Webb community at Point Hope, and I absolutely love it. JT was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. I'm so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Mikki is 10/10 awesome. We bought a house in a competitive market with Mikki. Our offer was accepted among many other offers. I think Mikki being a good negotiator and someone who is known in the Charleston region to get things done and be trustworthy helped us get the deal. Mikki was great along the whole process and would definitely use her again in the future.
