I have worked with a few agents before on other deals and It is abundantly clear that Melanie is an absolute gem!!! She is on call 24/7 and wrote and sent in an offer at 930 at night!! She did research on over ten pieces of property before I finally setteld!! Thank you so much for your help and skills to get the job done fast and efficient!! Cant wait to work with her again on my next deals!! She is amazing!!

Melanie is extraordinary. I have never seen a real estate professional truly go above and beyond. She is professional, honest and exhibits high integrity. Her word is solid. She will work hard for you and I am amazed how she covers all the bases frok.beginning to end.

Melanie made the process easy and simple and we would recommend her any time! She understood what we wanted and needed and eased any worries we had. Her experience and knowledge is incredibly helpful to any real estate business

Melanie was wonderful. First, she patiently helped us through several unsuccessful offers as we tried to find some land to build on. Once we realized that was not the right way to go for us, she helped us find our new home and worked very hard to close the deal. Throughout the process, she was very responsive and always there when we needed her. We will be very happy to use her again next time.
