Haven Realty

We loved working with Sara. She was able to help us find exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend her for any of your home buying/selling needs!

We recently lost our granddad and had to face the heartbreaking task of putting his house up for sale. With never having sold a house before, we were unsure of what all needed to be done and we were already dealing with the loss. Sara made this process an easy experience. Not only did she do an amazing job with the posting but she made sure to keep in touch throughout so we never had to feel lost. Sara was phenomenal with answering questions and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She knew exactly how to photograph everything to bring out the best view of every area and went above and beyond with each step. Because of her, we were able to worry about our loss instead of the sale.

Sara did an outstanding job on the process of selling my mom?s house. I highly recommend her . She is very knowledgeable and through. She always made sure I was informed on everything that was going on throughout the whole process.

We attempted to try to sale our home without a realtor. When the process became overwhelming, we seen an advertisement of Sara?s. Her yard sign was clean and professional so we decided to contact her. She explained her advertising process and the media she would use to promote our house. The results were amazing. She was always easy to access (I was a little embarrassed when I found out I had contacted her during her vacation). At no point was she ?pushy? and I felt like she always had my best interest in mind. I would recommend anyone in the area to use Mrs. Spencer for their real estate needs.

I can?t say enough great things about Sara Spencer and Haven Realty. After my brother and I lost our father unexpectedly this year, we had to face the difficult task of selling his house. When I asked my bank for a recommendation, Sara was at the top of their list?and now I understand why. She went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. Despite my hectic work schedule, Sara was always available and made everything easier for us. Selling the house was seamless, which was a huge relief given everything else we were managing after my father?s passing. I highly recommend Sara, and if we ever decide to sell our own home, she will be the first person I call. I will continue to recommend her to friends and family as well.
