Hause Real Estate Brokerage

Joan was an amazing realtor with the purchase of my two properties. What I loved was the fact that anytime I asked her for a paper or any information she would send it it me in an expedient manner. She always answered my calls or would call back. I could honestly see how much she actually put fourth effort unlike other realtors that I have previously had. Excellent services, 5 stars for sure.

Joan Montero went above and beyond in finding me a home. She listened to my feedback and worked diligently to find places that fit my desire. Once I found a home I wanted to put an offer on she got the seller to go lower than my offer saving me thousands.

BEYOND AMAZING! it was just exceptional the drive, the charisma, and the attitude she manifested every single day. she had a mission, and she got it done. if i could, i would chose her and her team all over again. we wouldnt have been able to move past this stage without her.
