Our family recently decided to relocate from Seattle, Washington all the way over to Bismarck North Dakota. This was a huge undertaking that should have been incredibly difficult but Dave?s sincere, gentle, and thorough approach helped alleviate mountains of stress for us. Dave virtually walked us through multiple houses and even repeat visits once our list was narrowed to a couple of finalists. Once we did settle on a new home he helped coordinate package deliveries, maintenance recommendations, top notch inspector services, and appliance flooring installations. Dave Stein with Hatch Realty Bismarck was amazing to work with! When we walked into our Dream Home at one of his Open Houses he wasnt pushy or overbearing. Once we knew how badly we wanted it we talked about our concerns of having to sell our current home. Dave came to our house that same day to give us a market analysis. He listened to our fears and answered all of our questions. We listed our home a few days later. Dave was always available via phone call, text, or email. We were very comfortable with the entire process. We had a lot of fun with Dave as well, always knowing eachothers favorite movie quotes. Our house sold within hours of going on the market!
