This Agent was very knowledgeable about the Fargo area.He was very kind like talking to an old friend, if he didn't know the answer he told me. I didn't feel like he was just some salesman that wasn't listening to what I want/need in a home.Mr. Ficenec was able to show me exactly what I asked to see. And that is a refreshing change.I can't say much more.... He was Great!

We are looking for our first home, have known Joe for a while now and was recently connected with him to help on our search. I am very picky in what i want and he has been great at sifting though homes on the market and actually sending things that i may be interested in! Will definitely reccomend in the future!
