I'm just here to say what everyone knows already (or should know) - Jeff is one of the very best at what he does in the Denver metro market, if not THE best. He's always been a top producer, so if you base your "best" ranking on production alone, he checks all of the boxes. But as a buyer/seller, the "best" agent usually has nothing to do with production and everything to do with availability, knowledge, network, professionalism, negotiating skills, and all of the things an agent does from when they first meet a client until they are at the closing table (and even after closing), and Jeff absolutely checks all of those boxes too. It's very difficult to be a top producer and also make each client feel like they are the only client, unless you're Jeff!

Jeff was immeasurably wonderful throughout our home buying process. He was incredibly responsive from the first email we sent through closing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the specificities of buying a new build, gave us tips on the best location to look for, was present and participatory at every meeting through the process, and even caught a gas leak that the contractors, contractor's inspector, and our private inspector all missed. If you're looking for someone to trust, trust Jeff.

My husband and I used Jeff to buy our first home in West Highlands. He is the best in the business in our opinion! We were living out of state in the beginning stages of our house hunt journey and Jeff went above and beyond while we were shopping remotely. He sent detailed videos of the houses we were interested in and answered our calls at all hours of the day. He never allowed us to settle on homes that were "updated and shiny" but not functional. He knew we wanted to start a family in our first home, so he encouraged us to look into houses that were functional and that we wouldn't outgrow. After ten months of searching, we found our dream home in our price range. Jeff was SO patient with us and was extremely knowledgeable during the entire process. He advocated for us during the stressful closing process and helped us negotiate with the seller to get some costly items fixed before we closed. Look no further and use Jeff as your realtor! Bought a house July 2025. Jeff is an amazing realtor! He was all about us finding the right house. My husband is very good at research and also will ask a million questions to make sure everything is good. Jeff answered all of his questions, and was very reassuring. He looked through listings and sent us the homes he thought we would like (major time savor instead of him putting us on a list server and us looking through a billion homes). He was very knowledgeable and brought our attention to things we would have never thought to look at (retaining walls in a backyard is going to lose us money when we re-sell). He told us realistically what kind of house we could purchase and when a house we liked would not be a good fit. A great voice of reason for what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear. His executive assistant-Olivia was amazing and so nice! Great experience-100/10.

Jeff did a fantastic job helping my wife and I buy our first home. He had a great attitude, was very communicative, timely, and knowledgeable about the market. He also provided a unique perspective as a builder and knew what to look for when evaluating the houses and roughly how much various renovations would cost.
