I am so stoked I had Sharon and Team DeLay in my corner when finding and buying my first home! To sum Sharon up: Best. Broker. Ever. She knows the town, the market, the process--and shes someone you can count on to walk with you every step of the way (and trust me, there are a lot of steps!) Sharon put in the time to research and show me homes all over Bend that were right for me--a challenge in this market and my price range. But she was patient, and we found the one! From offer to closing, everything was so smooth. Sharon worked hard, ensuring all the little details (there's a lot of those, too) were handled, keeping in constant communication, and answering all my questions. Sharon's a broker that has your best interest at heart and is just a downright honest, genuine and awesome person work with. I couldn't have done it without her! If you're looking for a broker, you want Sharon and Team DeLay--no question about it.

We would recommend Sharon for any aspect of your real estate needs. Sharon listed and sold our condo in 2 days which allowed us to buy a house we had been searching for. Sharon represented us in the purchase of our new home as well. Sharon went above and beyond in all areas. She coordinated and managed all our transactions for us while we were out of state. She is trustworthy and follows through on all details. We not only found an excellent realtor, but made a new friend.

Edie was with us every step of the way as we sought to buy a home in Bend, Oregon. She worked with us when we were living in Southern California and her electronic updates via the portal were amazing! After six months we traveled to Bend and she showed us exactly the kind of homes we were interested in. With her help, we bought our dream home at a great price! We love Edie and her team!

It had been twenty-eight years since we bought a house. We had lots of questions about the process and had not really narrowed down what we were looking for in a new home. We immediately and throughout the process felt very comfortable with Edie DeLay and appreciated her help very much. If we move in the future we will be using Team DeLay again.
