Harvey Z. Raad Realtors

They held onto my keys of my own property after I ended the contract with their property manager. Unprofessional. My tenants stated they never did any work when they would call. Terrible on all parts. My tenants also stated that Barbra, their property manager never came to the home when needed. After paying them to fix my roof leaks, I was suggested to sell my property so that they can obviously benefit. This was an overall really bad experience.

Chris Raad helped my wife and I sell 2 investment properties in Allentown, PA. Chris provides very good service. He is pretty responsive to customer inquires even during the weekends which is a quality lost on a lot of realtors. He also went above and beyond to perform some tasks that were slightly outside of his professional scope as a realtor. I'll actually give him 6 stars. Thank You Chris.

Christopher pays attention to detail. He listens to exactly what we are looking for and shows us homes within those boundaries. He is honest and knowledgeable. When working with Chris, you know you are getting a trustworthy realtor with superior experience and real estate knowledge

Absolutely wonderful every step of the way! Chris was there for us through the whole process. He was so helpful and so knowledgable! Chris stuck with us for two years while we saw house after house and made the closing process seamless as well. He listed our house as well and got it sold in less than a week well over asking. The whole process from listing to close was less than 30 days! He is the best realtor youll find in the Lehigh Valley. You want him on your team for sure!
