Hartness Hometown Properties, Inc.

Outstanding Agent aEUR" Highly Recommend We recently purchased our new home with the help of Michelle Hartness, and she was exceptional from start to finish. Michelle brought a perfect blend of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that made the entire process smooth and enjoyable for our family. She listened closely to what we needed, communicated clearly at every step, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and supported. Michelles knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way truly set her apart. What impressed us most was her heart. Michelle treated our home purchase like it mattered aEUR" not just as a transaction, but as a milestone for our family. She celebrated with us, guided us through challenges, and made sure we landed in a home that fits us perfectly. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and kindness. If youre looking for a real estate agent who is trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely invested in your success, Michelle Hartness is the one you want by your side.

As first-time home buyers, we couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Michelle truly went above and beyond to help purchase and guide us through every step of the process. Even when faced many difficulties she stayed patient and persistent. She was a huge part of making our dream a reality. We highly recommend her!

After having a poor experience with another local Realtor, I asked around Taylorsville and found Michelle through high recommendations. I live out of state and have no regrets having turned the sale of my family's property over to her! She did exactly what she said she would do and did so promptly, courteously, and professionally. We couldn't be more happy with Sam Davis Properties, LLC, and specifically Michelle Hartness!

Tori did and amazing job and I highly recommend using her for any of your reality. She was consistent and helpful with anything I needed, answered every question and found the answer Id didnt have one. I never felt out if the know and learned on her to help me through the process due to my first home purchases.

Tori did a fantastic job finding us our home! She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable! She made the daunting process easy to navigate! I would absolutely go to her if we ever decide to move again.
