Laura was an absolute joy to work with! She's very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home, and was an irreplaceable fixture in our journey. She was great at noticing little things we, as first-time home owners, might have missed while touring homes and made sure to bring them to our attention. On top of it all, Laura was super responsive! She kept us in the loop at all times, answered all our questions, and made sure we were all on the same page with the buying process! She was also super helpful with getting all our necessary appointments done by having a lot of contacts she provided when we needed them, such as our inspector.

My wife and I are first time home buyers, and I promise anyone reading this that I am one of, if not, the MOST ignorant person when it comes to the dealings of purchasing a home. My wife had been working with Mr. John Beidelschies prior to me meeting him, but right away there was fantastic energy! John's warmth, transparency, communication and personality are where the standard should be in all professional dealings. From joking about "hauntings" to expressing frustrations, John was there every single step of the way for us. Didn't matter if my wife and I wanted to see a home two hours away from him or right down the road, John was there even when he really didn't have to be. I don't want to ramble and have this review come across as fake or inauthentic, but John is, bar none, one of the best PEOPLE I have ever had the luxury of meeting and would HIGHLY recommend that if purchasing a home, or just looking for information on the topic, that you give John a call!

Laura was great to work with. It took me a while to find what I was looking for, she stuck with me until I found the right house. She also worked with me to sell my old house and gave a good suggestion on pricing. Very easy to work with, I would definitely recommend her.

Michelle was very helpful when it came to helping my husband and I purchase a home out of state. Michelle cares about you like she does her own family. She goes above and beyond but also lets you know when things arent a good fit property wise and why and redirects you in a better direction. Without her help I would still be living in an apartment.
