I started the process of selling my house by interviewing 3 realtors. When I met Tonya I knew who I was going to use. She understood my house and was excited to sell it. She was helpful in guiding me through the process of getting the house ready for sale. She then held two open houses and was in constant contact with the realtors that were showing the house. The house was sold because she contacted a realtor that had shown the house earlier and told him that we had changed the price. I was very impressed that she went after the realtors who had already show the house, instead of just changing the price and moving on. We had an offer that night. After and offer was accepted Tonya was very helpful in negotiating with the buyer after inspections. When I gave my response to the buyers request for repairs Tonya made sure it was accepted as offered. The last phase of the sale was navigating through all of the paper work needed for closing. Again Tonya was very helpful in keeping in contact with me and guiding me through the process. She kept in contact with the title company, and sat beside me at the title company at closing to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend her. I could not have asked for a more stress free first sale of a home.

If you are looking for a realtor to go the extra mile for you, Tonya is your girl! I quite literally cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is one of the most patient individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. This was the first home we had bought a home and we had a lot of questions. Tonya never made me feel foolish for asking anything and encouraged us to ask away.Tonya worked with us for an extended amount of time and through some complications with financing. She was never pushy or impatient with us through the process. She tirelessly scoured through listings and often had already sent me an email with "this looks perfect for you guys!" before I had even had a chance to check the morning listings. She listened to us and made sure we had everything we wanted and helped us ensure we were making a good investment for the future.Thanks to Tonya, we just bought our first house and moved in this weekend. It had everything on our wish list and several things we didn't even think were possible to put on the list. To show you just how spectacular Tonya is: the listing agent had taken down the "for sale" sign before we even got to see the pending or sold stickers on it. I expressed that I was disappointed to not be able to take a picture of this milestone in our lives. What did I drive up to find when we got keys? She had wrapped our new home in giant red ribbon with sold signs all over it. Complete with a big pair of scissors and champagne. I challenge you to find a real estate agent with one iota of the dedication Tonya has for her clients. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with Tonya Hurt!
