Hansen Group

We purchased from out of state. Our communication was excellent, we always knew where we were in the process. Katy showed the property to my daughter and answered our questions in a timely manner.

Katty is amazing! We had a pretty specific purchase idea in mind when we started working with her, and she helped us realize that there were other options that may work better for our financial situation. She showed us plenty of homes in a variety of locations in and around Bellingham, and we ended up purchasing a condo in Blaine in 2025. We are very happy with our decision and look forward to working with her again as we move toward the next step in our home ownership adventure.

Not only did Stephanie illustrate her depth of knowledge in real estate by readily answering the many questions we posed, she was very easy to work with as well. We appreciated her availability and insight, trusting her guidance as we moved forward in purchasing our home. She proved herself an excellent listener as she tuned into our needs making it possible for us to get our dream house.

Lauren was the perfect choice as our real estate agent! She is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, especially when negotiating on our behalf, ensuring we got the best possible outcome. We couldn't have asked for a better advocate!

Mrs. Katty is an amazing person all around. She has helped me and my wife find the perfect home. She has gone out of her way to help me deal with me and my military pickiness when it came to looking at homes in the area and knew right away what felt like home to me. Katty has traveled all over the county meeting us at multiple houses no matter the time of day. We will always pick her no matter what in the future.
