Simply the best! We cannot say enough about our experience with Colleen. She spent nearly two years with our family helping us to find the perfect home, and gladly assisted us in navigating this arduous process with relative ease. Colleen is a true professional, with excellent market knowledge - she thinks of the little things that would never come to mind, but yet is also able to masterfully work with people and communicate on a level that is rare to find. We highly recommend Colleen to anyone looking for a home!

Immy was extremely helpful in the process of us purchasing our first home. She gave us insight to our new town and suggestions on how to decorate, all very helpful. She made herself available as we made a handful of trips to the home prior to making the decision to make an offer.

Immy Cognetta was the perfect fit for our real estate needs. She was very helpful in finding the right home for our family. Not only was she friendly and professional, she also took extra time to make sure we were well informed with the process. Immy was able to sell our house within 3 weeks after listing during a difficult market and get us into our new home before the start of the school year for our son. From start to finish our experience with Immy was first class. She truly cares about her clients and puts their needs above her own. If you want the best possible outcome for the purchase or sale of your home we recommend Immy Cognetta as your realtor.

We had the pleasure to work with Colleen in early 2018 when we were considering moving from NY to CT. Early on Colleen understood our needs and expectations and hence we not only got to see beautiful homes but gained valuable insights into the various neighbourhoods. Colleen has been very responsive and openly answered all our questions including requests for re-visits to make sure all our family members got to see the properties we had taken into closer consideration. Thanks for a great collaboration!

Colleen Rock is a gem of a real estate agent! We are new to the area, and Colleen's deep knowledge of the various towns and neighborhoods in CT was so helpful. She has a great eye, and gave her honest and professional opinion on each of the homes we toured. Luckily, we found our dream house quite quickly, and Colleen provided us with key insight that helped us put forward the right offer which ultimately landed us our new home. Colleen is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her as either the Buyers or Sellers agent for anyone in the area.
