I chose to work with this agent because I knew her personally and expected a higher level of trust and professionalism. While the marketing materials were decent, nearly every other aspect of the experience fell short. I was strongly encouraged to list my home at $1.1M, with assurances that we would receive offers within a few weeks. After the listing failed to gain traction, it became clear that this pricing strategy was not supported by realistic market comps, especially when other experienced agents had advised a significantly lower range. Communication and responsiveness were inconsistent throughout the process, and punctuality during showings and open houses was an issue. Most concerning, however, was the breach of professional boundaries. Personal and private information about me and my business was shared with third parties without my consent, which I found extremely unprofessional and upsetting. Selling a home requires trust, discretion, and accurate market expertise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend working with an agent who provides honest guidance, respects client confidentiality, and communicates reliably.
