I ultimately decided not to pursue those or to place the house on the market, and instead sold to an individual. Hafner Real Estate is a +10 star. They go way up and beyond any other agents I have worked with in the past. They walk you through every step of the way. They respond immediately when you have a question and answer in detail. I live in another state and was not able to go do a final walk through so they went and did it for me and took pictures so I could see it. You will not find better than Joe Hafner Realty.
