Above and beyond!Shannon was recommended by a friend and she's everything a Realtor should be, and then some. From the first meeting, we were impressed by her preparation and professionalism as well as her knowledge of the area. It took her no time at all to figure out our not-on-the-same page tastes and she adjusted accordingly making the time spent looking at houses efficient and effective. She even took video and facetime'd a home so we could see it from our home in another state! Every single thing she did with us and for us showed how dedicated she is and had her personal touch. Without Shannon, I honestly don't think we would have ended up in this home that we absolutely love and community that is just right for us. She took such great care of us at every phase of the purchase and closing making what could have been a stressful time very smooth and I know we got a better deal because she was negotiating for us.
