I can't recommend Nicholas enough. He responded right away, any time I messaged him about anything. He was good at coordinating with property owners and other realtors to schedule showings. He was helpful and informative in all regards. And he was nice to interact with! He has also been very helpful after the closing with the couple issues we have encountered in our new property.
