It was a great experience to count Margarita as our agent to help us to look for our home. Being out of state buyers we found Margarita to be not only persistent but positive and patiently look for the home we were looking for. It was like a roller coaster since we did not know what we wanted to buy. I am really thankful that she was ultra patient with us since we starting to look for apartments, condos, homes. At first small, then we asked her to look for bigger homes, and then from really cheap ones to more expensive ones and she was always positive and professional. I have learn to respect and admire her for her service, always on time and great attitude. I recommend anyone that is looking for a home to call her and you will see. We looked tireless for a home and we found one but we could not get it because other people presented a better offer, and I was the one to pay less, it was my fault.
