Tara did a tremendous job helping us find a lake house that fit our needs. We were not familiar with the area, but had a good idea of what we were looking for regarding the house, lake and area. Tara spent a great deal of time talking to us and selecting houses that would meet our needs. She was in constant contact with us as we prepared to visit the area and see the houses. We purchased the first home Tara showed us! She matched us up with the perfect house and location based on our conversations. After we signed the contract, Tara facilitated all aspects of the upcoming closing. Not being from the area, Tara assisted us with everything we needed to do. She was always accessible and was always extremely helpful. We are very happy with our new lake home and cannot thank Tara enough for all she did to make it happen for us. During our experience working with Tara, she proved to be a knowledgeable, conscientious, hard working, resourceful, caring professional who was an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Tara to anyone seeking a highly competent, personable, real estate professional.

Tara was wonderful, patient with all our quirks, and I would never recommend anyone else for a real estate agent!! We were particularly in our desires for a house and it took about a year for us to determine that we had found "the one". Tara never gave up on us.

Tara was excellent. She was patient with me through the whole process of buying my first home. She understood my needs based on the area I wanted to buy in. She was able to work around my schedule and even meet with a family member when I was out of town. If I ever sell, she will be my realtor. Thank you!

Tara Martin was very helpful throughout the home buying experience. Many know the process can be hard and tiring. I have a career that only allowed me to look at houses a couple days out of the week, and Tara was very accommodating. Tara knew what was going on in the neighborhoods I was looking at and was able to provide me with the most accurate information. Tara was there for me through the entire process and helped me understand every step, which was a relief. I would absolutely reccomend Tara to anyone.

He helped me get the home of my dreams. When I ran into a chance of not getting the home he found a way to help make it possible by hooking me up with the right people to make this happen. I am now due to close on my house in 2 days!!!!!
