I recently worked with Kelly to sell my home. Not being in Colorado any longer was a huge concern when it came to choosing someone to work with. A family member recommended Kelly, and I couldn't have been more happy. She has very good communication skills, which were very important when you are not in the same state. She always had time for my questions and concerns. She understood the market and what it was doing. Again while being out of state there were things that I needed to get taken care of, like some junk removal, mowing and caring for the yard etc. Everyone of the people she recommended did an amazing job.
