I had trouble with with previous realtors so my trust level was very low. I was introduced to Ni by a friend and let me tell you, she hit the ground running. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She held my hand every step of the way and explained every inch of the process to me. There was no such thing as a stupid question. She made me feel like family and at times, it felt like she was looking for a house for her son or brother. Thats how thorough she was. This is a very difficult market for buyers, especially me being a first time home buyer and she weathered the storm with me. From presenting offers and not being accepted numerous times, to finding homes that were nice to look at but, had underlying issues..which she pointed out might I add, to having to switch lenders due to unforeseen circumstance's, to everything else you can think of that could happen, happening. She was there. She has nerves of steel. Fast forward to now. I have the house I wanted and she got me a deal whereas I even got to walk away with some money in my pocket! I dont know much but I know this lady is a really genuine, hard working, honest good person and I'm going to refer her to all my friends and family and anyone else looking to buy.
