GreenTree Properties

aEURoeMichael worked and consulted with me, for 18 months while I sold my Ranch in Julian, CA. With my Ranch finally in escrow, we looked at many homes and found the perfect one in HB. Michael, and his Team, negotiated a contingent sale, and we closed right on time. Throughout the process Michael kept me apprised of the market trends.

Vicki went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She communicated frequently and utilized smart marketing tools to get us a buyer fast with minimal negotiation. Thanks Vicki!

Courtney was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process of preparing and selling our home was so simple and easy that I would highly recommend her to anyone. We are so grateful to her.

We had been looking for properties for a while when we met Matt at an open house he was hosting. After a few discussions, we stopped talking with any other realtors. Matt was so knowledgeable of the market especially in the area where we were looking. After we viewed a few properties, he quickly narrowed his search for us based on what we liked. He was amazing! He helped us find the property we purchase and made the entire process so easy. He helped us find an equally amazing mortgage broker. We loved the experience so much, he is now listing our current property. We highly recommend him.
