I was referred to Jennifer by a friend who had a great experience buying her most recent home with her. I had moved out of state for the last 2 years and was moving back for a permanent job. This was my first time buying a home and I dont think I wouldve made it to closing without Jennifer and her support. My work schedule gave me a limited amount of time off and a limited amount of time to find a home. I had a restricted area in which I could buy a home and a tight time frame. Jennifer worked hard to ensure that when I was able to come out to visit and look at places, my time was managed efficiently, and I was able to see all the properties I could. She was able to find me a new construction home that would be finished by the closing date that I needed to ensure my move would happen on a strict timeline. My personal life and professional life were incredibly demanding during this time. Jennifer was able to help me navigate the logistics remotely and help ensure the house finished and was inspected in a timely manner so that I could close on time. She went above and beyond to make everything come together. She guided me through every step of the process, made things easier to navigate, and was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout.
